Introduction

Infrastructure for business that cannot be done in the open

RubySDK builds the software layer that lets companies move money, assets and sensitive records across parties without putting any of it on public view. It runs on blockchains where the data is encrypted by the chain itself, so a transaction can be settled and audited without being exposed.

Ten active engagements across ten sectors. Phase 1 deployed and live with a UK trade retail client.

RubySDK at a glance

What we do, and why it is hard to do any other way

The problem

Most blockchains were built to be transparent. Every amount, every counterparty and every contract term is visible to anyone who looks. That is fine for a public currency. It is disqualifying for a hospital moving patient records, a broker pricing a deal, or a bank settling a trade, because data protection and financial conduct rules in every major market forbid that kind of exposure.

The usual workaround is to bolt privacy on top of an open ledger. That produces an approximation, not a guarantee, and regulated buyers cannot sign off on an approximation.

What RubySDK does about it

We build on chains where confidentiality is enforced by the hardware the network runs on, so contract data is never readable in plain form, not even by the operators of the network. On top of that we provide the pieces a business actually needs: issuing and managing tokens, holding funds in escrow until conditions are met, storing records with controlled access, and disclosing only the specific facts a regulator or counterparty is entitled to see.

RubySDK Core The privacy-native blockchain layer: tokens, escrow, encrypted records, selective disclosure.
TaskMaster AI workflow orchestration: routing work, dispatching to suppliers, handling transactions end to end.
HeyDesk AI voice and chat agents that answer enquiries and capture them as structured deals.
Maxy An on-premise AI assistant for smaller businesses, where the data never leaves the building.
IndividualEmpire A digital twin platform, giving a person or brand an AI presence they own.

Proof it works

Live now

TaskMaster is deployed and live with a UK trade retail client. Phase 1 is in production and running, which is the difference between a technology that demonstrates well and one that a business has actually put into daily use.

How we work commercially

Every engagement starts with a fixed Phase 1 fee, agreed up front. We take no equity in the client and cause no dilution. Phase 1 defines the work; what follows is scoped and priced on what Phase 1 actually finds.
